NBL (Nokkhottro Builders LTD)’s team was practically incepted in June 2012, with a basic objective of engineering construction, design and consultancy. Starting with some private residential buildings’ designs, soon it appeared in commercial and industrial projects of several reputed organizations. Beside, being involved in industrial landscape planning, architectural, structural, electromechanical design, it efficiently demonstrated multidimensional engineering profile. In last 10 years, it has completed more than 50 buildings including residential, commercial and industrial sectors in all over Bangladesh.

Already in steel building construction moving away from conventional and traditional process, the company has efficiently demonstrated it distinct position and impression in recent years, NBL has been deeply engaged with structural, fire and electromechanical safety assessment program for industrial buildings specially for garments buildings in all over the country. it has already completed analysis and assessment of more than 10 of garments and industrial buildings in Bangladesh. Currently alongside consultancy services NBL has expanded its territory to a larger scale and yielded to the vision for proper implementation and solution of various engineering complexities like, construction time complications, environmental balance preservation, hi-tech solution in ensuring project safety and security overall control of large projects through improved multi-layer communication and monitoring etc.
